9-go września (September 9th) ukaże się nowa płyta Parkway Drive Darker Still (utwór "The Greatest Fear" jest aktualnie na miejscu 87 Listy Hard'n'Heavy / Hard'n'Heavy Chart), zawierające 11 utworów.

Ostatnio informowałem, że na pierwszym miejscu Billboardu znalazła się płyta "Ire" grupy Parkway Drive. A ponieważ wcześniej nie znałem tej grupy postanowiłem poznać coś nowego. Nie jest to może coś co mi leży najbardziej, ale też nie mogę powiedzieć, aby była to muzyka słaba.
Na wydanej 25 września płycie dostajemy 11 metalcore'owych utworów, momentami ocierającymi się o soczystego hard rocka z growlowym wokalem. W większości jest ciężko i szybko, jak w "Dying to Believe" lub hard rockowo, jak w "Bottom Feeder". Ale są też ciekawe momenty balladowe, jak choćby w kończącym płytę "A Deathless Song". Ogólnie płyta bardzo dobra, rytmiczna i energetyczna, choć trzeba lubić krzyczany i growlowany wokal.

First place on Billboard's best hard rock albums list in last week was  "Ire" from Parkway Drive. I have never listened to it before so I tried something new. Maybe it isn't best music form my interestings but surely I can't call it weak music too.
The album was released on September 25th and contains 11 metalcore compossitions with some hard rock growl parts. Mostly there's heavy and fast like in "Dying to Believe". Or more hard rock like in "Bottom Feeder". But there also are some ballad parts like in final "A Deathless Song". Honestly it is very good, rhythmic and energetic album. However best for those who like screamed and growled vocals.
